Description

Ashmount is a house, likely originating from the 18th century, with an early 19th-century extension on the right and modifications to both the facade and interior. The building features rubble stone walls with a stucco front, a tiled roof with gable ends, and stone stacks. The gable end faces the road while the main facade faces east. The windows show an irregular pattern, primarily consisting of 2-light casement windows with margin glazing bars, along with dormers in the roof. A tiled porch supported by octagonal tapering columns is present at the entrance. Inside, there are shallow chamfered beams and an early 19th-century staircase.
