Description
The coach house and stable block, located 10 meters northeast of Pencrebar House, is a structure from around the mid-19th century, possibly incorporating some earlier stonework from the demolished manor house of Creba. It is built of rubblestone with large granite quoins and granite dressings, topped with a slate roof featuring gable ends and a gable at the front. The building is square in plan, arranged around an open courtyard. The west front has a central projecting gabled entrance that is slightly forward. This entrance features a chamfered granite four-centred arch with a key block and ashlar abutments, flanked by walls of dressed granite. The entrance has double timber doors, and above the arch, there is rubblestone with a rectangular opening that has louvers. The bargeboards are plain. This building is included for its group value with Pencrebar House.
