Description

Old Roselyon is an 18th century house constructed of rubble with granite quoins and window dressings. The building has two storeys and features three sash windows with glazing bars. A wide central doorway leads to a panelled door topped by a plain rectangular fanlight. The house is covered by a slate roof with gable ends.
