6/182 Stables at approximately 15 metres - north west of Penwarne House

GV II

Stables. Circa mid C19. Granite and elvan rubble with granite dressings. Scantle slate roof with gable ends. Plan: Small rectangular plan, originally possibly there were 3 standings; there is now one at the right-hand end and this has a small ventilator window at the rear. Exterior: Single storey. Symmetrical 2 window south-east front with central doorway. C20 ledged door and C20 6 pane casements, all in original lintelled openings. Interior: Simple interior with painted walls, original roof structure, cobbled floor, and wooden stall partition.
