REDRUTH RADNOR SW 74 SW 6/296 House approx. 100 metres north of pump engine house at Wheal Peevor GV II House. Probably mid to later C19. Slobbered rubble, slurried slate roof, brick chimneys. Shallow rectangular double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; central segmental-headed doorway with recessed door; segmental- headed 12-pane sashed windows on both floors, with exposed boxes; corniced gable chimneys. Eaves lower at rear. Interior not inspected.
