Description
Ardevora Veor is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with extensions added in the 19th century. It features slatestone rubble walls and a half hipped roof made of Delabole slate, with a brick chimney located on the left side wall. The original layout consisted of a two-room double depth plan with a central staircase, which was extended to the right in the 18th century and to the rear in the 19th century. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with three windows on the southeast side, along with a lower-level hipped roof wing with one window to the right. The original central doorway has been converted into a window. All the windows are 20th-century casements set in the original openings, and the building features wooden lintels and a moulded eaves cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
