This headstone, dating from 1765, is located 2 metres north of the north transept of the Church of St Uda in St Tudy. It commemorates John Hawke, the son of John and Anne from Pengenna Mill in the parish of St Kew. The headstone is made of slate and features a nowy-shaped head.
