Description

Manely Berisford is an early 19th-century house. It is built of rendered rubblestone, with a slate roof and hipped ends. The house has end chimney stacks; the left-hand stack projects and both have brick shafts, with an axial stack on the ridge to the left of the centre. The house follows a single-depth plan of three rooms. It is two storeys high, with a regular three-window facade. The ground floor has three 12-pane sash windows without horns. A panelled door is located between the second and third windows, and it is protected by a 19th-century timber lattice work porch with a small pendant over a low, flat roof. The first floor has three 12-pane sash windows without horns directly above the ground floor windows. The interior was not inspected. The house is included in the list for its group value.
