Description

5 Polkerris is an early 18th century cottage constructed of painted stone rubble and cob. The building has two storeys and features two windows on the upper floor, which are small two-light casements, along with sash windows on the ground floor. A central door is flanked by a panelled concrete block porch that replaces an earlier porch made of cob. The cottage has a slate hipped roof and an end lean-to. All the listed buildings in Polkerris contribute to a cohesive village group.
