Description

No 20 is a cottage from probably the late 18th century, constructed of painted stone rubble. It is two storeys high and features two windows with two-light casements that have horizontal glazing bars. There is a central doorway, and the cottage has a slate roof with gable ends. It also has end chimney stacks and lean-tos. This building is included for its group value, as it contributes to the overall character of the village group in Polkerris.
