Description

10 Polkerris is an early 18th-century building constructed from stone rubble, featuring stone quoins and window dressings. It stands two storeys high with attics and has three windows, which are two-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. The central door has fielded panels and is topped by a slate-roofed hood supported by shaped brackets. The building also includes two small hipped dormers and has a slate hipped roof. All the listed buildings in Polkerris create a cohesive village group.
