Description

Nos 22 and 23 in Polkerris are likely early 18th century stone rubble cottages that are joined together, creating an L-shaped plan. They are two storeys high. No 22 features two windows with two-light casements, while No 23 has three windows with casements, a wide central doorway, and an end stone stack. Both cottages have slate roofs with gable ends, although No 22's roof is covered with felt. These buildings are included for their group value, as they contribute to the character of the village.
