Description

This is an 18th-century building, restuccoed in the 19th century, located on the north-east side of Chapel Street in Penzance. It is a three-storey building with three windows. The exterior is stuccoed and features two horizontal string courses, scribed pilasters, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with new tiles. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a recessed architrave. A well-preserved doorway features two Doric columns, three-quarter height, supporting an open pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight above. The building is in good condition and forms part of a group of listed buildings along Chapel Street.
