Description

This is an early 19th century building in Penzance, located on the North East Side of Chapel Street. It is constructed of roughcast and has a slate roof with gable ends. The building is three storeys high, and features two wide, panelled windows. The windows are sash windows, with no glazing bars, except for those on the ground floor and first floor which have margin lights. A central doorcase leads to a carriageway to the right, both sharing reeded casing and a continuous cornice over the bath. The building is included on the list for its group value, as it contributes to the character of several listed buildings on Chapel Street.
