Description

A mid-19th century terrace of two pairs of cottages is situated on the north side of West Looe Square, West Looe. The building has rubble walls with segmental brick arches, and a dry slate roof. It follows a double-depth plan with an overall four-window range; each pair of cottages presents a symmetrical two-window facade, including a pair of central doorways. The original windows are 16-pane hornless sashes and the doors are four-panelled, with flush bottom panels and plain overlights. The interiors were not inspected but are likely to be largely unaltered as the exterior. The property is included on the list for its group value.
