Description

This is an early 19th-century farmhouse with attached outbuildings, situated in Liskeard. The farmhouse is constructed of painted rubble with dry Delabole slate roofs, and features rendered and rubble stacks. It has a double-depth plan, with a service wing to the rear and right, and a probable stable and other outhouse to the left.

The two-storey, symmetrical front facade has three windows. The original hornless sash windows retain their panes: 16 panes to the first floor and 20 panes to the ground floor. The central doorway is sheltered by a late 19th or early 20th-century porch with six panes per light, and houses a panelled door. Rear windows include some original sashes and later windows with horns. A flat-arched doorway with a four-panel upper-glazed door is located at the right-hand end, within the angle of the farmhouse wing. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to contain features of interest.
