Description
A terrace of five houses at 3-7 Stratton Place, dating from the early 19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco with textured render, featuring elliptical-arched recessed panels on the ground floor. They have slate roofs with hipped ends and projecting eaves topped with an egg and dart cornice. The houses are of a double-depth plan and have an overall 10-window range. They retain their original hornless sash windows with horizontal glazing patterns and margin panes. Each house has a wide, shallow, glazed porch to the right, supported by consoles and with moulded eaves. The porches feature elliptical-arched fanlights or overlights above the tripartite doorways. The interiors have not been inspected, but are likely to be of interest.
