Description

The stables at Trereife, built around 1780, are a granite ashlar stable range featuring a slate hipped roof and two storeys. The building has six windows, with the central two projecting forward, and includes two entrances with elliptical arches. The windows are fitted with sashes that have glazing bars, and there is a string course running along the structure. To the south, there are adjoining granite gate piers from the 18th century, topped with pyramid caps and large ball finials.
