Former possibly stables with accommodation over. C18, roof pitch lowered in the C19. Granite rubble with granite moorstone dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof. Large external rubble stack at left-hand gable end. Plan: Now 1 rectangular room with blocked fireplace at first floor at left-hand end. Exterior: 2 storeys with first floor window opening just above ground floor openings and tight under the eaves. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south front with doorway central between small window openings. Openings boarded over. Interior: Unplastered walls, C19 roof structure.
