Description
Torvilla Farmhouse is a 1848 rebuilding of an earlier 17th-century house. It is a two-story rendered building with a slate roof and five cross-glazed sash windows. The facade is arranged with two bays on the ground floor, and features a moulded string course along the eaves. Traces of the original 17th-century mullioned house remain to the northeast, and a ruined outhouse in the same location contains a stone grinder, used for both apples and grain. The building is listed for its group value.
