SX 07 NW ST KEW ST KEW 5/208 Headstone of Ann Soper, directly to - east of tombchest of John Soper, 8m to south of south aisle of Church of St. James GV II Headstone. 1784. In memory of Ann, wife of William Soper who died in 1784. Slate rectangular headstone with upper and lower case lettering with serifs. Crude angel's head and verse 'I was a flourishing young plant All in my youthful prime, And now I'm bought to death and dust, Twas God's appointed time My Husband dear and Children hear, Of you I take farewel And rest in hope to meet again In Heaven for to dwell'.
