Description

The barn to the north of Wearde Farmhouse dates from around 1800 and is built in a plain rectangular shape with a half-hipped slate roof on the left and a plain gabled stable wing that is 1½ storeys high on the right. It is constructed from rubble. The barn features double doors on the left, while the right side has a stable door with a gable above it, along with flanking windows that have brick dressings and a slate-hung first floor. Inside, there are double collar trusses. This barn is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
