Description

A range of outbuildings located 15 metres to the west of Oak House, likely built in the mid-19th century. These structures are made of stone rubble and feature rag slate roofs. The layout includes two open-fronted buildings: one with two bays and another with three bays, along with an additional outbuilding on the left, which may serve as a coal shed or cool store.

The two-bay shed on the right is a single storey with a central granite pier. The three-bay shed near the centre is also single storey, supported by two granite posts that hold up the eaves of the roof. Low stone rubble walls have been added in front of the first and third bays. To the left, there is an outbuilding with a dressed stone rounded arch at the front and a stone barrel vaulted roof. A central drainage channel runs through the site.
