Description
Lower Boswedden is an 18th century cottage constructed from dressed granite. It features a steep slate roof with gable ends, one of which has coping. The cottage has brick chimney stacks located over the end walls and stands two storeys high with three windows. The windows are later sashes that do not have glazing bars. There is a central plain doorway. Inside, the cottage includes fielded panel doors, a dog-leg staircase with turned balusters, and square newels.
