Description

ST LEVAN TREEN SW 32 SE 7/238 Old Farmhouse and adjoining - outbuilding at approximately 15 metres north of Treen Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. C18. Granite rubble wih moorstone dressings. Scantle slate roofs. Dressed granite chimney over left-hand gable end. Plan: 2 room plan house with probable central cross passage or lobby entrance between the rooms. Later C18 or C19 outbuilding on the right. Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window west front with central doorway spanned by an oak lintel. Low front with original small window opening. Old ledged door. C20 windows, 2 of which are louvered. Slightly lower single-storey extension on the right with doorway on the left and slit ventilator near the doorway. Old ledged door. Interior not inspected.
