Description
The building is a coach house and attached outhouses, dating from the late 19th century, located about 15 metres south of Retainers' Court. It is constructed from slatestone rubble and features a slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends, along with a stack that has a brick shaft at the rear right. The attached outhouses are also built from rubble but have corrugated asbestos roofs with gable ends. The coach house has a symmetrical four-bay design, is single storey, and includes double doors in each bay with elliptical arches and gables above. The right gable end has a granite trough and a single storey lean-to. The long range of single storey outhouses attached to the left side has plain doors. The interior has not been inspected.
