The guidestone at SX 395 672 is a 19th-century granite monolith with an irregular triangular shape, standing about 50 centimetres high. It features carved lettering in sans-serif upper case arranged in a semicircle, reading "COTEHELE," along with a carved arrow indicating the direction.
