Description

No. 38 Carclew Street is a house in a terrace, built in the 1830s. It features dressed coursed Killas stone and has an asbestos slate roof with brick end stacks. The house has a double-depth plan with a central stair hall and stands two storeys high, displaying a symmetrical three-window range. The central doorway is round-headed and has a 20th-century door with a blind fanlight above it. There are keyed segmental brick arches over the 16-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
