Description
This is a road bridge located over a tributary of the River Lynher, built around the early 19th century and reusing some cut granite. The bridge is constructed from rubblestone and granite, featuring a single round arch on the southeast side supported by granite voussoirs. Above the arch, there are cut granite lintels at the level of the road surface. The northwest side of the bridge was widened and has an inner round arch that is set back. The original 19th-century railings on the northwest side have been replaced. This bridge is included for its group value with Clapper Bridge, which is located in the parish of Quethiock.
