Description

This milestone, dating from around the mid-18th century, is located 250 metres southwest of Halfway House in St Issey. It is made of granite and has a square shape with a pyramidal top. The milestone is painted white, featuring a black band at the base, and is inscribed with the words "MILE" and "To Saint COLUMB" in both upper and lower case lettering.
