Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building of stucco and roughcast construction, with a granite plinth. It has a slate hipped roof with plain eaves and comprises three storeys with a three-window front. The windows are sash windows, with six panes on the top floor and no glazing bars. The doors have cornices supported on heavy cornices. The building is included on the list for its group value within the wider context of the other listed buildings on the North East Side of Chapel Street.
