Description

This milestone, located in Kenwyn, is a granite monolith dating from the early 19th century or possibly recut during that time. It has a rectangular shape with a round head and features a shallow dressed panel facing the road to the south. The panel has an incised inscription that reads "FROM TRURO 4 MILES." The original inscription likely displayed the number "4" in relief.
