Description
The cross located in the garden to the southwest of Tresallyn Farmhouse is a medieval structure made of Catacleuse stone. It features a Latin cross with cusped limbs and hollow chamfered edges. The cross is broken just below the head and is in two pieces. The shaft has been truncated, giving it the appearance of a Greek cross, which is mounted on a cube block of Catacleuse stone. It is possible that the cross has been relocated, as there was a manor house on the site of the farm, and several pieces of dressed stone can be found in the yard.
