Description

Beach House is a house dated 1784 on the front, featuring 19th-century windows and 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of rubble and rendered, with a hipped slate roof that has crestings and a brick stack at the rear right. The building has a double depth plan with two main front rooms and a central entrance, likely with service rooms at the rear. It stands three storeys high and has three windows, all of which are 4-pane sashes. The central double doors are flanked by plain pilasters and topped with a cornice. The eaves are boxed.
