Description

The bridge immediately south of Kennal Vale Mill is a road bridge over the River Kennal, likely built in the 18th century, with 20th-century parapets. It features a four-span design constructed using post and lintel methods. The bridge is supported by low granite monolithic elements that hold large, roughly-hewn granite lintels. The parapets above are made of 20th-century quarried random granite rabble.
