Description

The chest tomb, likely from the late 18th century, is located 1.5 metres southeast of the porch of the Church of St Michael in Penkivel. It is made of limestone and has a rectangular shape. The tomb features recessed and engaged corner balusters with fielded panels in between, supporting a later ovolo moulded lid. An inscribed slab, which is difficult to read, lies broken to one side.
