Description
Milestone dating from the 18th century. It is a granite monolith approximately 1.3 metres high with a rounded top. The milestone features carved and painted lettering in upper case with serifs, arranged vertically, indicating distances: 7 miles, 22 poles, 1 yard, south, and west. There is also a benchmark at the bottom.
