Description
The Bake Barton old kitchen garden walls are 18th-century structures that were once part of the Bake estate. Made of slatestone rubble, these walls form a square plan kitchen garden that encloses approximately one acre. The walls stand about 5 metres high and feature slate coping and pilasters on the outside. There is a doorway on each side of the garden. Additionally, on the outer side to the north, there are lean-to gardeners' sheds attached to the walls.
