ROCHE SW 96 SE 1/215 Milestone at SW 970611 - II

Milestone. Early C19. Roughly hewn granite monolith, about 70 centimetres high, of triangular plan. Painted, with painted lettering in upper case without serifs: B8 on one face and T16 on the other, for Bodmin and Truro. Carved and painted benchmark to top.
