Description
Sheri's Boutique is a shop with accommodation above, dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with an ashlar front and features a slate roof with hipped ends and overhanging eaves. There is a brick stack at the right end of the building. The layout is a double depth plan, built into the slope of the bank, with a central entrance leading to the shop.
The exterior has three storeys and presents a symmetrical front with two windows, featuring ashlar facing and string courses. There are two 20th-century windows set in earlier openings, which have dressed stone segmental arches. Each of the first and second floors has two horned 12-pane sash windows, also with dressed stone arches. The interior has not been inspected. The building contributes to the townscape value of the area.
