Description

St Petroc's is a detached suburban house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of local rubble and features a rag slate hipped roof with projecting eaves supported by paired brackets. The house has a double-depth plan and includes a former service wing on the left side. It stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical five-window front, while the service wing, which has three windows, is set back on the left. Since 1972, the original sash windows have been replaced with 20th-century windows. The building also has a large glazed porch adorned with a dentilled cornice. The interior has not been inspected but is expected to be of interest.
