Description

Nos. 13 and 14 Market Place are an early 19th-century building of stucco construction, situated on the south side of the Market Place in Penzance. The building is two storeys high, originally with two windows, each being a large sash window with glazing bars. A tall ground-floor shop features recessed windows and a central entrance fascia supported by two slender cast iron columns. To the left is a later addition, a three-storey section with one window. Nos. 9 to 14, together with Cresta Silks Limited in Queen Square, form a group.
