This milestone, dating from around the mid-19th century, is located 25 metres east of Trelaske Lodge in Lewannick. It is made of granite and has a rectangular shape with a pointed top. The milestone features inscriptions in upper case lettering that read "LAUNCESTON 4" and "LISKEARD 11."
