Trenarrett Farmhouse On West Side Of Settlement At Trenarrett

Trenarrett Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around the 17th century, located on the west side of the settlement at Trenarrett. The building is constructed of stone rubble, which is rendered and painted on the front, and features a rag and scantle slate roof with gable ends. It has stone rubble end stacks. The layout consists of two rooms and a cross or through passage, heated by end stacks, with the larger room situated on the right. The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical front with three windows. The entrance is located to the left of centre and features a 19th-century door with a slate hood, flanked by two 20th-century casements. On the first floor, there are three 19th-century two-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
