Description

Newmill Bridge is a bridge with an adjoining well, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed from dressed granite and rubble moorstone. The bridge features a single span that crosses the Trevaylor stream at an angle. It has granite lintels and a low parapet. On the northeast side, there is a spring that is directed through a man-made sump to facilitate filling buckets.
