Description

This is a terrace of five houses located on Cumberland Road, in Bristol's Floating Harbour, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of stucco and pebbledash, with limestone dressings, and feature party wall stacks and a pantile hipped roof. They follow a double-depth plan and represent a late Georgian style.

Each house is three storeys high, with a basement, and has a two-window front. The facades are articulated by pilasters, incorporating a first-floor sill band, cornice, and parapet. The right-hand doorways are semicircular-arched, with impost mouldings, key stones, batswing fanlights, and six-panel doors. The ground floor windows are 8/8-pane sashes, while the upper windows are 6/6-pane sashes. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
