House. c1820. Limestone and Pennant ashlar, gable stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Neoclassical style. 2 storey; 3-window range. A symmetrical front has projecting central entrance bay, pilasters to the set-back sides rusticated to the ground floor and incised with Greek key decoration to the second floor, a plat band, cornice and parapet. The centre has an open porch with attached Ionic columns, entablature and side windows, to a moulded semicircular-arched doorway, 3-panel fanlight and 6-panel door. Ground-floor windows with semicircular-arched recesses with radial flutings, plain windows above, first-floor central windows have architraves, with console cornices to the centre; 8/8-pane sashes, plate-glass to side windows of bay. Rendered rear elevation has a central full-height 3-window bow. INTERIOR not inspected.
