Description

This is a terrace of three houses located on Trelawney Road in Cotham, built in the early 19th century. The houses are rendered with limestone dressings and feature rendered party wall stacks, topped with a pantile double-pile roof. They are designed in a late Georgian style and have a double-depth plan. Each house has two storeys and a two-window range. The terrace is built along a slope, with a ground floor and basement at the front and two storeys at the rear.

The left-hand side of the doorway of No. 1 projects forward and includes two windows, rendered coped gables, and a parapet with a fluted frieze. The central doorways are adorned with Doric columns supporting a pediment, and feature semicircular arches with teardrop fanlights that incorporate lamps, along with six-panel doors. The windows are six-over-six pane sashes set in semicircular-arched recesses. At the rear, there are ground-floor doorways and first-floor sashes with interlacing heads and basket balconies.

The terrace also includes attached wrought-iron railings and gates leading to steps down to the lower floor. The interior has not been inspected.
