Description
This is an arc lamp post located approximately 20 metres west of Number 3 on Westbourne Place in Clifton, Bristol. It was designed in 1888 by H.F. Proctor and is made of cast iron. The lamp post features a wide moulded base with pedimented panels that display the City crest. It has a reeded shaft that culminates in a foliate top, which is turned over into a half-circle with curly brackets supporting the lamp. The lamp has been relamped.
