Attached house, now shop and house. c1800. Brick with limestone dressings and a pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. A C20 shop front has a central doorway and 4-pane windows. Cambered brick heads to 8/8-pane first-floor sashes and 4/4-pane second-floor sashes. INTERIOR: a right-hand ground-floor stair with uncut string, winder to top and bottom, an internal 6-pane window at the top of the stair, and a left-hand first-floor stair.
